Insights Course Offerings:
Course Content and Materials:

Duration of Access:
Participants are granted a period of 6 months of unlimited access to the course and its associated materials from the date of registration.
Guidance Support:
Unlimited guidance support is provided by the course provider. This support is strictly limited to addressing concerns related to the practicalities and functionalities of the course. Please be advised that this support does not extend to discussions or advice concerning individual mental health issues.
E-mail Support:
Enrollees are entitled to five (5) e-mail support interactions with an Associate Psychologist. It is to be noted that responses to these email queries are limited to a maximum of 200 words.
Thought/Anxiety Diary Review:
Participants may submit their Thought/Anxiety Diary for weekly reviews. This provision includes feedback and is available for up to four (4) consecutive weeks from the date of the first submission.
Documentation Review:
Additional course documentation, outside of the Thought/Anxiety Diary, is eligible for weekly review for a duration of up to four (4) consecutive weeks.
Participants are required to adhere to the stipulations mentioned above. Any deviations or misuse may result in the revocation of certain entitlements or access to the course in its entirety.
Expert Course Offerings:
The "Unlocking CBT Expert Course" is an advanced offering from the London Psychologist Clinic. By purchasing this course, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Access and Usage
Duration of Access: Purchasers will have 12-month unlimited access to the course materials, videos, and self-help guide. Access might require renewal or repurchase after this period.
Course Support: Users will receive unlimited IT and guidance support focusing solely on course practicalities. Please note that this does not cover discussions related to personal mental health concerns.
E-mail Support: Users are entitled to 5 e-mail supports from a Chartered Psychologist. Responses to these e-mails will be limited to 200 words.
Weekly Thought Diary Review: Users can have their Thought/Anxiety diaries reviewed weekly for a duration of 4 consecutive weeks.
Online Consultations:Users are entitled to 4 online consultations, each lasting 50 minutes, with a Chartered Psychologist.
Thought/Anxiety Diaries:To qualify for review, diaries must be typed and formatted using the course documentation provided.
Supplementary Terms for all 3 Courses
Support Hours:
Support services, including email support and guidance, will be available during specified business hours (e.g., Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm GMT). Requests received outside these hours will be addressed on the subsequent business day.
Response Time:
While we aim to address all inquiries in a timely manner, please allow up to 24 hours for a response.
Nature of Responses:
Responses to e-mail support queries are designed to be concise and directly related to the course materials. They are not intended as extensive advice or detailed reports.
Limitation on Queries:
Enrollees are kindly requested to consolidate their questions and send them in one email where possible. This will ensure efficiency and consistency in our responses.
Scope of Support:
Our support is strictly confined to addressing queries related to the course materials and practicalities. Personalised psychological advice or therapy is beyond the purview of this support.
Misuse of Support Channels:
