Insurance Cover at the London Psychologist Clinic

How it Works:

1. Verify Your Coverage: Initially, contact your insurance provider to confirm if your policy includes therapy or psychiatry consultations. Ensure to check if a referral from a GP or Psychiatrist is necessary.

2. Share Your Details: Once you have approval from your insurer, provide us with your policy number and authorisation code. It's essential to inquire about the number of sessions your policy allows.

3. Coordination with Insurers: We will coordinate directly with your insurance company to secure coverage for future appointments, manage the invoicing, and monitor payments.

We routinely process claims from many primary insurance providers. However, please note the following restrictions:

The London Psychologist Clinic does accept a limited number of claims from BUPA UK, AXA, Vitality, SimplyHealth, and Aetna. However; due to their imposed fee caps and limitations, we can only offer online appointments.
