Introduction
This course has been designed by psychologists and educationalists as an introductory guide and self-help manual for the sufferers of generalised anxiety disorder (GAD) using cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). The course is split into four modules, each designed to focus on a different area of the therapy. At the top of each module is a navigation bar that can help you navigate to different sections of the module. Within the course, there are a number of different questionnaires and worksheets that can be completed online or downloaded and completed at home. Whilst completing the course it is a good idea to keep your information together to allow you to monitor and record your progress. Complete the course at your own pace and do not become disheartened if you do not notice changes immediately. just keep following the program. At the end of each session, there are links to additional learning materials chosen to provide more in-depth information about the topics covered, we would describe this course as being for beginners.
